Replace Family “Eagle” Housing projects covers the demolition of 150 housing units and construction of 100 new housing units at İncirlik Airbase. Project. It also covers asbestos removal, site clearing, replacement/ upgrade of utility systems and roads, new communication/CCTV lines and ductbanks, new transformer substations and LV feeders to the housing units and recreation facilities including tennis courts, soft-ball fields, miniature soccer fields and children play grounds.

GEMAS’ responsibility covers the preparation of the 95%, 100% and Corrected Final drawings, design analysis and Turkish/English technical specifications for the following disciplines:

– Architectural and Civil/Structural Design
– Mechanical and Electrical Design
– Water Supply and Distribution, Power Supply and Distribution
– Sewage Collection and Disposal
– Roads, Pedestrian Walkways and Parking Areas
– Landscape Architecture, Recreation Facilities
– Fire Protection, Telephone, Cable TV System
– Exterior Lighting/Signage, Fencing and Gates
