GEMAS responsibility covers the design of site civil works including Roads, Storm Drainage System, Water Supply and Distribution System, Sewage Collection and Treatment, Fire Hydrant System, Landscaping and Irrigation System; site electrical works including High Voltage and Low Voltage Power Distribution System and Mechanical and Electrical designs for the following facilities:

– HQ Main and AOC/Force Protection/AIS-FSO Bldg.
– Passenger Terminal (PRC), Cargo Office and Cargo Tents
– Helicopter Hangar, Role 1 MTF
– CIS Building, Workshop/Supply Building
– Camp Facilities Maintenance Building, SNIC Building,
– Fuel Station and Car Wash, Solid Garbage Treatment Plant
– Accommodations Buildings Type A, B and C
– MWA/Gymnasium, Sports Fields, Dog Kennel
– Dining Hall, Laundry Building, Meteorology Building, Follow-me Building
