GEMAS has undertaken the preparation of the NATO Type “B” Cost Estimate, Design (Title I) and Supervision/Inspection (Title II) services for the TULGA Advance Attack Helicopter Maintenance Base Facilities. A/E responsibilities cover topo surveys, soil investigations, architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical designs and supervision/inspection services. Scope of the      project is as follows:

– Internal Roads
– Airfield Lighting
– Standby Electrical Power
– Lubricating Oil and Chemical Fluid Storage
– Ammunition Facilities
– Maintenance Hangar and General Maintenance Workshops
– Helicopter Washing Facility, Helicopter Weapons Calibration Facility
– Heating Center, Sewage Collection
– Electrical Power Supply and Distribution
– Communication System
– Water Supply and Distribution
– Fencing and Gates
