Project covers site surveys, topo surveys, soil investigations and geotechnical studies, preparation of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical/communications and fire alarm system drawings, technical specifications in UFGS format, design analysis and bill of quantities. Scope of project is as follows:

Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades :

The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades part of the project includes the design and construction of exterior High Voltage (11 kV) and Low Voltage (240/415V) power distribution systems including underground HV and LV feeders, switchgear stations and RMU equipped modular concrete transformer substations.

Water Storage Tanks :

Water Storage Tanks part of the project includes the construction of a water storage system, in accordance with AWWA standards capable of collecting, storing and distributing approximately 19,000 m3 (5,000,000 gallons) of potable water.
